Combined Shipping Requests

We do not offer refunds for combined shipping. Customers who choose to place multiple orders will incur the shipping costs of each order. 

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 business days of the order being placed, however after a collection release and during peak times it can be 5-7 business days before your tracking information is updated.

Standard shipping in Australia with Australia Post generally takes 3-5 business days however this can be greater during peak times. We recommend checking on your provided tracking number prior to contacting us regarding arrival times.

How will I know when my order has been sent?

You will receive a shipping notification as soon as your item has been packed for delivery. 

Please keep in mind this shipping notification will be sent to the email used at checkout and can sometimes go to your junk folder. If you chose to check out using a phone number, you will not receive a shipping notification. 

Please allow 2-3 business days for your shipping notification to update as Australia Post is experiencing ongoing delays. 

Lost or Damaged Goods

Please be aware: once items have been received by the courier service, they are the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is misplaced, delayed or lost, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with Australia Post or SENDLE.

Replacements or refunds will not be given for products that go missing in transit.

We accept no liability for items lost or damaged whilst in transit. This applies from when Australia Post or a Courier has collected the item from us.
